Collab Circle 360 – Rules & Terms
1. Overview
Collab Circle 360 is a membership-based community designed to help small businesses grow through structured social media cross-promotion.
Members are placed into small groups (“collab pods”) and participate in scheduled promotional activities.
2. Membership Participation
By joining, members agree to:
Actively participate in monthly collab groups
Promote assigned businesses during their scheduled week
Engage with other members’ content (likes, comments, shares)
Maintain respectful and professional communication
Participation is required to remain in the network.
3. Posting Requirements
Members must:
Post during their assigned week
Tag the featured business clearly
Share accurate and positive information
Use either a post, reel, or story (minimum requirement may be defined per campaign)
Failure to post may result in removal from the current or future collab groups.
4. Collab Circle 360 Structure
Members are placed into groups of 3–5 businesses
Groups are assigned monthly
Each member receives a designated promotional week
Group assignments are determined based on business type, audience, and availability
Group placements are final for the month unless otherwise adjusted by Collab Circle 360.
5. Membership Fees
Membership fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
Failure to complete payment may result in removal from the network
6. Content Responsibility
Members are responsible for:
The content they create and share
Ensuring posts align with their brand and values
Reviewing any business they promote before posting
Collab Circle 360 is not responsible for the quality, claims, or services of participating businesses.
7. Code of Conduct
Members agree to:
Be respectful and supportive of other businesses
Avoid negative, misleading, or harmful content
Not engage in harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior
Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Results Disclaimer
Collab Circle 360 provides opportunities for exposure and growth, but:
Results (followers, engagement, sales) are not guaranteed
Outcomes depend on each member’s effort, content quality, and audience
9. Termination of Membership
Membership may be terminated if a member:
Fails to participate consistently
Violates rules or code of conduct
Misses required posts
Engages in behavior that harms the network
Collab Circle 360 reserves the right to remove members at its discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time to improve the collab circle. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
11. Agreement
By joining, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and participation requirements.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By joining Collab Circle 360, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Independent Businesses
All members operate as independent businesses. Collab Circle 360 does not own, control, or endorse any participating business.
2. No Liability for Products or Services
Collab Circle 360 is not responsible for:
The quality, safety, or legality of any products or services
Customer experiences, transactions, or disputes
Any claims made by participating businesses
Members agree to promote other businesses at their own discretion.
3. Content Responsibility
Each member is solely responsible for:
The content they post
Ensuring accuracy of information shared
Any claims, endorsements, or representations made
Collab Circle 360 is not liable for misleading or inaccurate content created by members.
4. Assumption of Risk
By participating, members understand that:
Cross-promotion involves sharing and associating with other brands
Outcomes may vary
There is no guarantee of business results
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collab Circle 360 and its owner(s) shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Any damages arising from participation in the network
6. Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collab Circle 360 and its owner(s) from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:
Their business operations
Their content or promotions
Their interactions with other members or customers
7. Agreement
By joining, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this liability waiver.
