All payments made to Collab Circle 360 are non-refundable.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to participate in a monthly collaboration-based service. Due to the nature of this service, which includes group placement, scheduling, and promotional coordination, refunds are not provided once a billing cycle has begun.
If you choose to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
No partial refunds or credits will be issued for:
Unused time within a billing cycle
Missed participation or posts
Voluntary withdrawal from the network
If a billing error occurs, please contact us, and we will review the issue and make corrections if necessary.
